Baseball Exercises:

15 jumping jacks
15 cross jumping jacks
15 mc hammer jumping jacks
10 squats
arm stretches
leg stretches
plyos ( high knees, heel kicks, slides, reverse lunges, spider man lunges, crab walk)
50 push ups
100 sit ups (25 regular, 25 side to side, 25 climb the rope, 25 bicycles)
Throw if you can

5  ten yard sprints
