This week take 30-60 minutes each day to work on your ball skills. Do the following touch/conditioning drills:
Push n pulls
Juggling (Challenge yourself) get to 25
Finish with 20 6yd short sprints

We will see who can get the most touches on their feet, thighs, head, and most total touches. We will have a Most Improved category as well.
You can post them daily!! You can include some of your training session as well.
