Thursday: Throw-ins

Start 10yds apart, then move to 20 yds.

Throw to feet and practice accuracy

Juggling

18, 10-yd springs (quick starts)

Friday: Touches

Toe Taps

Bells Sticky Ball

Step Overs

Push-n-Pulls

Inside/Outside foot
