Want to workout but you’re not sure what to do? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Starting next week (04/20/2020), we will be providing virtual training in two different formats.
Format 1) Mr. Matthews will be hosting two virtual training sessions every week! Grab a bottle of water, your phone or Chromebook, make sure you have plenty of space, and log into the Zoom meeting at 4:45pm. Training sessions will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 – 6:30pm. Zoom links will be emailed out and posted in the UCHS Distance Learning Schedule.
Format 2) Ms. Green will be providing daily workouts. Workouts can be found right here on the website and they will be posted daily on our Twitter page. (Make sure you are following @UCityAthletics on Twitter!) Here’s a breakdown of how the week will look.
